Inspired by the Latin cultures that establish reggaeton as a meeting point, we set out to explore color as the main tool of expression. From the analysis of the handling of colors and images of different urban artists, we decided to give a wink to this musical genre by creating COLORS: THE NEW BLACK; 100% sustainable luxury urban collection. In this collection, we made three videos as a happening inside the Artbo Colombian Art Fair in its 2019 version.
COLORS: THE NEW BLACK is established as a circuit of artistic activations proposed by the Pereira Art Museum within the 3 days of the fair.
This work, had the choreographic direction of @gicollazos and the performance of the dancers @mariamutante & @sebasloud, who performed live songs by Colombian artists in an informal way: @ greeicy1, @joanminatti and @brxdpxt. The audiovisual production was done collaboratively by @dacastroph Filmaker and Julián Al Florez, Ceo from Goodarma.
